Delivery of digital products

Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an invoice by e-mail from Volleyball Danmark to the e-mail address provided.

You will also receive an email from City Volley with a confirmation of your purchase, as well as a link to create your membership card via Cardskipper. Delivery should take place in a few minutes (remember to check the spam filter).

The e-mail is sent to the e-mail address provided.

Subscriptions can be canceled under 'My Subscriptions' which is under your 'Profile page'. In case of cancellation of a purchase, complaints, or if you want to have your subscription canceled, you can write by e-mail to smi@volleyball.dk.

Binding when creating a subscription

By creating our 'All in' subscription, you accept a minimum of 2 months commitment.

All subscriptions created automatically renew themselves unless canceled.
